Perfect location, beautiful apartments. Massimo, the owner was very helpful, and friendly. He knows very good in english. Everything was perfect for a good trip in Sicily.

Massimo who runs the apartments was more than helpful, and extremely nice. The feel of this hotel really adds to the experience in Erice, and the location really makes it a worthwhile stay. Modernized building of a 5 century old house, that truly makes a memorable experience.

Good staff. The boss help me to reach the hotel because is located in a streett with no access to the car. Big room and very well cleaned. All was perfect

Absolutely no complaints

Erice is an enchanting 12th century village on top of a mountain. The hotel is just a few hundred feet from the town square, so the location could not be better. The rooms have been renovated with care, and are comfortable and well equipped.

Everything met or exceed our expectations.

This is a charming bed and breakfast in the charming town of Erice. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. Our host was able to make a good recommendation for dinner, where we had one of our best meals in Sicily.

Erice is not a car friendly town, so getting luggage to our place was a bit of a challenge, but the host was very helpful in this regard. We also had some difficulty reaching him by phone when we arrived. In the future I would arrange a specific time to meet.

Delightful b&b with some self-catering facilities for a short stay. Right in the medieval centre of the town, in a beautifully renovated old building with every modern comfort, done to the highest standards. Massimo, who met us, showed us where to park the car and then took us to the b&b in his car, was a perfect gem. Helpful and courteous to the extreme. A delightful two days were spent in Erice which I heartily recommend. Price and location were unbeatable. Geoffrey Gilbert

The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms of the apartments are well-appointed, supplied with virtually everything one could reasonably hope for. Above all, the manager, Massimo, is most helpful, friendly and efficient. We enjoyed meeting him. Overall, warmly recommended.

The provision of satellite tv would be appreciated by non-Italian speakers, especially when cloud and wind attack Erice.

The most friendly hospitality of Massimo who runs the apartments; the fully equipped room and kitchenette; the possibiliry to control air conditioning; the central location. Massimo allerted us as to the parking options and came to pick us up in his car from the spot where we parked our car. On departure, he took us back to the car. It was most helpful as we had lots of luggage and since the streets are cobble stone paved (and we are not very young...).

The apartment was lovely, in a great location. Mossimo was the ultimate host. He met us at the corner of town, showed us where to park our car and then shuttled us to the apartment. He gave us good recommendations on where to eat. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Great place and warm hospitality from Massimo, comfortable apartment with great localization - views!, smart solution in apartment - kitchen in wardrobe! Good, quiet base for other places around – Trapani, Mozia, Regesta and others. Romantic, quiet and beautiful place!
